Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with CW Marketing B.V., operating the website pleyfast.com in connection with the project Play Fast Casino (collectively, the "Operator", "we", "us", "our") and your use of our online casino and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms are effective from 20 January 2026 and replace all previous versions.

The Operator is licensed in Curaçao under sub-licence number 8048/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V. and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC). If you are a resident of the United Kingdom, you understand that you do not benefit from UKGC or GamStop protections when using pleyfast.com. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under mandatory laws that apply to you.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words have the meanings set out below:

  • Operator: CW Marketing B.V., a private limited company (B.V.) registered in Curaçao, with registered address at Schout Bij Nacht Doormanweg 40, Curaçao, operating pleyfast.com for the project Play Fast Casino.
  • Website: The online platform accessible at https://pleyfast.com, including all sub-pages, mobile versions and related domains controlled by the Operator.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who registers an account on the Website or otherwise uses the Services.
  • Account: A personal, single-user account registered by a Player on the Website for the purpose of accessing and using the Services.
  • Services: All products and services offered by the Operator via the Website, including but not limited to casino games, live casino, promotional offers and related functionality.
  • Bet or Wager: Any amount of real money or bonus funds staked by a Player on a game offered through the Services.
  • Game: Any casino, slot, live casino, table game, instant-win or similar game made available on the Website by the Operator or its third-party providers.
  • Bonus: Any promotional benefit, including but not limited to bonus money, free spins, free bets, cashbacks or loyalty rewards, credited to a Player subject to specific conditions.
  • Bonus Funds: Non-withdrawable funds credited as part of a Bonus which are subject to wagering requirements and other restrictions before they can be converted to withdrawable real money.
  • Real Money Balance: Funds deposited by a Player, and any winnings derived therefrom, that are not subject to outstanding wagering or other restrictions.
  • Wagering Requirements: The total amount that must be staked using Bonus Funds (and, where applicable, Real Money Balance) before Bonus Funds and related winnings become withdrawable.
  • KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity and verification checks performed by the Operator in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and internal policies, including the separate KYC Policy available on the Website (currently at https://pleyfast.com/kyc-policy).
  • Chargeback: A payment transaction that is reversed by a bank, card issuer or payment provider at the request of the Player or due to a dispute.
  • Self-Exclusion: A voluntary request by a Player to restrict or block their access to the Services for a defined or indefinite period, as managed by the Operator's internal tools. Self-exclusion on the Website is not connected to GamStop.
  • Restricted Jurisdiction: Any jurisdiction in which online gambling with the Operator is prohibited by law or by the Operator's internal policies.

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Verification

  • Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or the legal age of gambling in your country of residence, whichever is higher. If you are a UK resident, you must be at least 18.
  • Legal capacity: By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts and that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Account Creation Process

  • Registration data: To open an Account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, chosen password and, where requested, phone number and preferred currency.
  • Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking a verification link or entering a code sent to your registered email before you can fully use the Services.
  • Truthfulness of information: You warrant that the information you provide is true, up to date and complete. You must promptly update your details in your Account or contact support via support@pleyfast.com if any information changes.
  • Refusal of registration: The Operator may, at its discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, refuse to open an Account, close an existing Account or limit access to the Services, subject to fair treatment and applicable law.

KYC Verification and Source of Funds

  • Verification requirement: In line with our KYC Policy and applicable anti-money laundering obligations, we may at any time request documents to verify your identity, age, address and source of funds, including but not limited to passport or ID card, proof of address, and payment method ownership documents.
  • Timing: Verification may be required upon registration, prior to your first withdrawal, upon cumulative deposits or withdrawals reaching certain thresholds, or whenever our internal risk controls so determine.
  • Non-provision of documents: If you fail to provide requested documents, provide false or misleading documents, or refuse reasonable verification checks, we may suspend or close your Account and withhold withdrawals until our checks are completed in accordance with our KYC Policy and applicable law.
  • UK players: If you are based in the UK, you acknowledge that verification standards are set by Curaçao regulations and our internal policies rather than UKGC rules, and that you may not receive the same level of regulatory oversight as at UK-licensed operators.

Account Security and Responsibility

  • Login credentials: You must keep your username, password and any other security details confidential and must not share them with any third party.
  • Unauthorised use: You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless and until you notify us promptly at support@pleyfast.com that your Account may have been compromised.
  • Security measures: We encourage you to choose a strong password and to enable any additional security tools we may provide. We may require password changes periodically for security reasons.
  • Account misuse: Suspected misuse (including hacking, bot use, collusion or fraud) may lead to immediate suspension while we investigate. We may report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

Placing Bets and Game Participation

  • Availability: Games and betting products available on pleyfast.com may change over time. Some games or providers may not be available in specific jurisdictions.
  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each Game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits determined by the Operator and/or the game provider. These are displayed within the Game interface and you agree not to place bets outside the permitted limits.
  • Bet confirmation: A Bet is considered placed and accepted when it is registered on our servers and appears in your game history. In case of dispute, the records on our servers shall be the final and conclusive evidence of the transaction, subject to applicable law.
  • Real money and Bonus Funds: Unless otherwise stated, Bets are placed first using Real Money Balance and then Bonus Funds. Specific Bonus offers may use different orderings as explained in the relevant Bonus terms.

Game Results, Errors and Malfunctions

  • Random number generation: The outcome of Games not based on live events is determined by a random number generator (RNG) or equivalent mechanism provided by third-party suppliers and integrated by the Operator.
  • Display errors: In the event of a technical error, bug, malfunction, misconfiguration or obvious mistake (including incorrect game results, odds, or winnings display), all affected Bets may be voided and corrected to reflect the accurate outcome as determined by the game logs.
  • Network interruptions: If your connection is interrupted during a Game, the result will be determined based on the data recorded on our servers. You may usually resume a disrupted Game from the point of interruption, where supported by the Game provider.
  • Operator decisions: Subject to applicable law, the Operator's records and decisions regarding game outcomes, balances and transactions shall be final, but we will act fairly and review any reasonable complaint.

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • Player-initiated cancellation: Once a Bet has been accepted and recorded on our servers, it generally cannot be cancelled or modified by the Player.
  • Operator-initiated correction: The Operator may cancel, adjust or refuse a Bet where there is an obvious error, technical fault, game malfunction, suspected collusion or fraud, or where the Bet breaches these Terms or any game-specific rules.
  • Refunds: In cases where Bets are cancelled or declared void, the stake may be returned to your Account where appropriate. If a Bonus was used, the stake may be restored as Bonus Funds, subject to the original Bonus conditions.

Conduct, Fair Play and Live Casino Chat

  • Fair play: You must not engage in cheating, collusion, use of bots, advantage play exploiting obvious errors, abuse of glitches or any activity that provides you with an unfair advantage or undermines the integrity of the Services.
  • Live casino behaviour: When interacting with dealers or other players in live casino Games and chat, you must behave respectfully. Harassment, insults, threats, hate speech, obscene language, spam or promotion of other services are strictly prohibited.
  • Fraudulent activity: Suspected or actual fraud, money laundering, use of stolen payment methods, or any criminal behaviour may result in immediate suspension or closure of your Account, reporting to authorities and withholding of funds where required by law.
  • Responsible gambling: We encourage responsible gambling and provide internal tools such as deposit limits, loss limits and self-exclusion. UK players should note that we do not participate in GamStop; self-exclusion on our site will not apply to other gambling operators.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Conditions

  • Supplementary rules: This section summarises key Bonus principles and works together with the detailed Bonus Policy available at https://pleyfast.com/bonus-terms. In case of conflict, the specific Bonus offer terms and the Bonus Policy prevail.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be offered to new or existing Players subject to criteria set by the Operator, such as country, payment method, activity level, or specific campaigns. We may restrict or withdraw Bonus eligibility for particular Players at our discretion, acting reasonably.
  • Bonus codes: Some promotions require entering a bonus code during deposit or in the cashier. Failure to apply the code correctly may mean that the Bonus is not granted.
  • Single use: Unless expressly stated, each Bonus offer can be claimed only once per Player, household, IP address, device, payment method or group of related accounts.

Activation, Wagering and Time Limits

  • Activation: A Bonus becomes active when it is credited to your Account according to the relevant offer conditions, for example after a qualifying deposit or completing specific tasks.
  • Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, x20, x30 or higher) before they become withdrawable.   • Contribution of Games: Different Games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements, and some Games may be excluded.   • Timeframes: Bonuses usually have a validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days) within which wagering requirements must be fulfilled. Unless otherwise stated, Bonuses not fully wagered within the specified timeframe may be removed together with related winnings.

Betting Restrictions and Prohibited Practices

  • Maximum bet with Bonus: When an active Bonus is in play, there may be a maximum allowed bet per spin or game round (for example, £5 or a similar amount in another currency). Stakes above the limit may be considered bonus abuse and can lead to cancellation of the Bonus and forfeiture of related winnings.

If we reasonably believe that you have abused a Bonus, we may cancel the Bonus, remove related winnings and close or restrict your Account.
  • Combining promotions: Unless expressly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined or stacked. If multiple Bonuses are active, they will be processed in the order determined by the Operator, and using one Bonus may render you ineligible for others.

Cancellation and Withdrawal

  • Voluntary cancellation: You may request cancellation of an active Bonus by contacting support. If cancelled, remaining Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom may be removed, while your Real Money Balance remains available.
  • Withdrawal before completion: If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, we may cancel the Bonus and remove Bonus Funds and associated winnings, paying out only your Real Money Balance, unless otherwise specified in the offer.
  • Changes to Bonus terms: The Operator may modify or withdraw Bonus offers at any time for future participation. Bonuses already accepted will be honoured under the terms that applied at the time of acceptance, subject to manifest error and applicable law.

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods and Currencies

  • Payment options: The Operator currently supports a range of methods for UK and other Players, including bank cards, selected e-wallets such as MiFinity, and cryptocurrency options. Availability may vary by country, currency and provider.
  • GBP and other currencies: While GBP deposits may be accepted, internal balances may be processed in EUR or USD, which can result in foreign exchange conversions and associated costs. You are responsible for any FX charges or spreads applied by your bank, payment provider or the Operator's processing partners.
  • Fees: The Operator may apply reasonable processing fees for certain deposit or withdrawal methods, which will be disclosed in the cashier where applicable. Third-party providers (e.g. banks, card issuers) may impose their own fees, which are outside the Operator's control.
  • Deposit completion: A deposit is considered completed when it has been successfully processed by the payment provider and credited to your Account balance. If funds are debited from your payment method but not credited to your Account, you should contact support and we will assist you in investigation.

Withdrawals and Processing Times

  • Withdrawal requests: You may request withdrawals from your Real Money Balance using the available methods listed in the cashier. Some methods may not support withdrawals in your jurisdiction.
  • KYC and security checks: Before processing withdrawals, we may perform KYC and security checks and may request documents to verify your identity, address and ownership of payment methods, in line with our KYC Policy and anti-money laundering obligations.

Limits, FX and Chargebacks

  • Limits: The Operator may apply minimum and maximum limits to deposits and withdrawals per transaction, per day, week or month. These limits are displayed in the cashier or communicated by support.
  • Foreign exchange risk: If your Account currency differs from that of your payment method, currency conversion will occur, potentially incurring FX spreads and fees. As a UK Player depositing in GBP, you should be aware that internal conversions to EUR or USD may reduce the net amount you receive back on withdrawal.
  • Chargebacks: If a Chargeback occurs, the Operator may suspend or close your Account, recover the amount of the Chargeback from your balance, and withhold winnings, as reasonably necessary to mitigate losses and comply with anti-fraud obligations.

Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations and Service Availability

  • Fairness and integrity: The Operator endeavours to provide a fair, secure and reliable gaming environment and to ensure that Games operate according to their intended rules and RNG mechanisms provided by third-party suppliers.
  • Service continuity: While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the Website and Services, we cannot guarantee that they will be error-free or continuously available. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily affect availability.
  • Accuracy of information: We take reasonable steps to ensure that information displayed on the Website (including balances, results and transaction history) is accurate. In the event of discrepancies, our server records will prevail, subject to applicable law and fair review of any complaint.

Exclusions and Limitations

  • Indirect losses: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator, its affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.
  • Technical failures: We are not responsible for technical failures outside our reasonable control, such as internet outages, latency, hardware failures or third-party system interruptions, although we will act reasonably to mitigate their impact.
  • Maximum liability: Where we are found liable to you in connection with a particular Bet, Game or transaction, our maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount of the Bet or (ii) the amount actually available in your Account at the relevant time, except where mandatory law requires a higher amount.
  • Non-excludable liabilities: Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: We provide tools to help you manage your gambling, but we cannot be held liable for any continued gambling by you if you fail to use such tools or provide inaccurate information. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Effective date: Unless otherwise specified, changes will take effect on the date indicated in the updated Terms and will not apply retroactively to disputes arising before that date, except where required by law.
  • Your acceptance: Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Services and may request closure of your Account.

Termination & Suspension

Player-Initiated Closure

  • Voluntary closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support or, where available, using the Account settings tools on the Website.
  • Self-exclusion: If you wish to limit or block your access to the Services for responsible gambling reasons, you may request self-exclusion for a selected period or indefinitely. Our self-exclusion applies only to pleyfast.com and related brands operated by CW Marketing B.V., and is not part of GamStop.
  • Settlement of balance: Upon closure, we will pay out any withdrawable Real Money Balance (subject to KYC checks and any outstanding obligations) using an appropriate payment method, unless legal or regulatory reasons require funds to be withheld.

Operator-Initiated Suspension or Termination

  • Grounds: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, withhold funds or restrict your access to the Services where it reasonably suspects or establishes:

    • restore full Account access and release funds;

    • report the matter to relevant authorities or regulators.
  • Fair treatment: Any decision to confiscate funds or close an Account permanently will be proportionate, based on evidence and consistent with applicable law. You may contact us to request an explanation of our decision.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Applicable Law

  • Contractual law: These Terms and the relationship between you and the Operator in connection with the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.
  • UK consumers: If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under UK consumer law that cannot be excluded by agreement. Nothing in these Terms affects those mandatory rights.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints: If you have a complaint regarding the Services, you should first contact customer support at support@pleyfast.com or via live chat, providing full details. We aim to acknowledge complaints promptly and to resolve them fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Escalation: If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may request that your complaint be escalated to a manager or to our dedicated complaints team for further review.
  • Regulatory complaints: As a sub-licensee under licence number 8048/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V., certain unresolved disputes may be raised with the licensing authority via its complaints interface, currently accessible at https://certria.com/pass/borders/Validation (using the "File a Complaint" function). You acknowledge that the level of regulatory intervention may be more limited than under UKGC oversight.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer to bring proceedings in your home country, the courts of Curaçao shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
